EcoMemoryFoamBeds.com offers a one time 30 night sleep trial on all new mattresses. Because of the unique pressure relieving properties our beds offer, we require that you sleep on the bed for a minimum of 14 nights before you can return the mattress. While 90% of our customers are extremely happy the first night, some take a few nights to adjust to a new mattress that provides correct support and pressure free sleep.
After 14 nights if you are not satisfied simply call our customer service department toll free at 1-888-313-8970 for instructions on how to return your purchase. Returned mattresses must be in "as new" condition to be considered for a refund.
When does the sleep trial begin?
Your sleep trial starts the day you receive your purchase.
Who Pays the Shipping if I Return My Mattress?
All return shipping and packaging charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I Return Free Promotional Items?
Any promotional items offered are non-returnable (such as pillows). In the event you decide to return your purchase you will be charged the listed price on our web-site for those items.
How Will I Get My Refund?
Should you decide to return your mattress, your refund will be applied in the same form as your initial payment.
** Return request made outside of 30 nights will not be considered for return.
** Should your order arrive back to us damaged due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to refuse all packages and refunds.
